Pizza Night

Saturday, June 16, 2012

We have come to enjoy making pizza. I actually don't remember the last time we ordered a pizza, which is crazy, because we used to frequent Papa John's. We don't make our crust; we're not that hard core. A local shop called Lotsa Pasta has great homemade dough balls for cheap [$2!], so we go that route.

Recently Kari introduced me to white pizza, which I now love. Garlic, ricotta, goat cheese, bacon, spinach, and mozzarella is our usual version. Yum.

Srsly.
I don't know when this happened, but your food transformation blows my mind sometimes.
Because I'm pretty sure I tried really hard to talk you out of Red Baron at Kroger one time.
Anyway. Looks delish!

If you guys ever decide to try to make your own dough, you should check out this recipe: http://www.mybakingaddiction.com/no-knead-pizza-dough-recipe/ It's SUPER easy and it can be stored in the fridge for up to 12 days :)
